What exactly does flex living do for me?
We take care of everything to do with renting out your furnished apartment: from marketing on booking portals, guest communication and billing to cleaning, maintenance and handing over the keys. You don’t have to worry about anything – we take care of the entire process.
How does the start of the collaboration work?
After your inquiry, we will contact you promptly and clarify all the details – by telephone or on site. We then draw up a letting concept, prepare your apartment with photos and a description and take care of the advertisements. You don’t have to do anything – just provide the apartment.
